Hi there, I’m Natalie Young, a yoga & mindfulness teacher based in Hawaii. I’m passionate about helping you find a release from your busy routine and creating a safe space where you can connect with yourself on a deeper level and find freedom in your movement.  I blend intelligent sequencing, rhythmic flow, and mindfulness to help empower you to shine. My hope is that you leave your mat feeling nourished and stronger - inside and out!

IN PERSON: SUNDAY MORNING YOGA

I offer a weekly class Sunday mornings at the beautiful Lē'ahi Beach Park, right at the base of Diamond Head. Come share the magic of yoga on a terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The park is close to Waikiki, but feels secluded and quiet: a true treasure. Whether you live on island or are visiting, it’s the perfect way to recharge your batteries & take care of your well-being. Classes are energetic and playful, yet soulful and grounding. You will leave your mat feeling restored and blissed-out! Classes are donation based, and start at 8am. Our community is amazing!

IN PERSON PRIVATE CLASSES:

I offer 60-120 minute long private sessions for individuals and groups. Private classes are a great way to be introduced you to yoga in a safe way - we’ll focus on a strong foundation, and cover modifications for any injuries. If you practice regularly, private classes are a perfect way to deepen your practice and focus on any goals you have.

I will come to you or share one of my favorite outdoor spaces to practice! A private session can be held in the convenience of your home, workplace, in a park, at the beach, or at a yoga studio.

Available for bachelorette parties, workshops, company retreats, honeymoons, birthdays, & more. Classes are uniquely designed for you and your goals.
