Natalie is passionate about helping you find a release from your busy routine and creating a safe space where you can connect with yourself on a deeper level, find freedom in movement, and get a little sweaty in the process. She believes in the incredible transformative power of what can happen on a yoga mat, and loves to give her students the tools to feel empowered to be the best versions of themselves. Her classes are energetic and playful, yet soulful and grounding. It is her hope that you leave class feeling nourished and stronger - inside and out!

Natalie comes from a broad musical background that spans from playing flute in Seattle, studying entertainment business in NYC, to working in marketing at indie record labels in LA & SF. She pours a lot of heart into curating her playlists for class to help you groove and surrender.

In 2018, she deepened her practice with teacher training in SF (with CorePower Yoga), and has taught in studios, at corporate events, on Gympass, and with private clients ever since. During Covid, she founded a donation-based class community that raised over $70K for organizations such as WayOUT (helping LGBTQ+ youth), Black Girls Code, and the Equal Justice Initiative. Besides yoga, Natalie loves traveling, hiking, making cold brew coffee, scuba diving, live music, and surfing cute waves.
